Hello! I’m RJ Nontelle (a.k.a “Bob”), proprietor of RJ’s Guide Service. That’s me in the middle photo up top and below on the right. Before I go any further, let me thank you for visiting today. It’s always a pleasure to be able to share my knowledge of fishing the Chippewa Flowage and surrounding bodies of water. Bob and a MuskyLike most fishing enthusiasts, I've had a rod and reel in my hand for as long as I can remember. I even caught my first musky on the Chippewa Flowage when I was 12 years old...boy that seems like so long ago! With age comes knowledge and experience (both casual fishing and tournaments), and that's something I've got plenty of - over 40 years of experience on the Chippewa Flowage and surrounding lakes and rivers.

Although I can't recall the first time I cast a line, I do know I had fun, and fun is what I bring to the table with RJ’s Guide Service. I’d be honored with the opportunity to guide you through the lakes and rivers in and around Winter, Hayward, Holcombe and Ladysmith, Wis. You’ll be sure to learn a great deal about fishing for not just musky, but all sorts of species, AND I guarantee you’ll have fun!
